Our Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please familiarise yourself with our studio policies before booking.
Deposit Policy
A minimum deposit of 1/3 of the session or project price is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If you cancel within 7 days of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited as compensation.
Rescheduling Policy
Need to reschedule? No problem. Your deposit can be transferred to a new booking date or converted into a gift card for future use.
